Originally from Ireland. Paula qualified here with Image Fitness Training to become a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer in 2013. Paula holds certificates in Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, Mat Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Exercise & Senior Fitness.
Key West, Florida
Paula spent 6 years in Key West as an at home Personal Trainer. Paula worked with a wide range of clients, but mostly in the age range of 50+ to help them get fit, healthy, build muscle and improve quality of life.
Colorado
Paula moved to Colorado in 2024 and seeks to continue to train her clients remotely so she can expand her horizons and keep reaching more people all around the country to help them reach their fitness goals.
